About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner to join our team at Contiki Ressurser as. As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Hiring Process Management: Manage the entire hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Talent Advancement and Development: Identify and promote internal talent advancement opportunities, working closely with business leaders and HR partners to develop strategies for talent growth and development.
  • Recruitment Campaigns and Sourcing: Design and execute recruitment campaigns, collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Interviews and Selection Assessments: Conduct screening interviews and assist hiring managers with interviews and selection assessments, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
  • Talent Supply and Demand Analysis: Analyze local talent supply and demand dynamics, working with business and HR partners to develop hiring plans and strategies.
  • Employer Branding and Marketing: Develop and implement employer branding strategies, promoting Contiki Ressurser as as an employer of choice through various channels, including job fairs, student and professional events, and social media.
  • Internal and External Initiatives: Manage internal and external initiatives to improve the employer brand, including events, social media campaigns, and articles.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business or HR-related fields, with experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, employer branding, and marketing.
  • International Corporation Experience: Proven experience working in an international corporation, with a strong understanding of global talent acquisition and management.
  • Branding and Communications: Experience in branding and communications, including developing marketing and social media campaigns and plans.
  • Social Networks and Professional Sites: Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
  • Project Management: End-to-end process thinking and experience managing projects, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Customer Orientation: Excellent customer and service orientation, with a solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Norwegian language.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel and adapt to changing business needs.
