The successful candidate will work closely with our Hiring Leadership team to develop and implement scientifically rigorous and efficient processes for selecting top talent. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team that is changing the way organizations hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven hiring strategies to ensure the selection of world-class talent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement behavioral interviewing techniques and psychometric assessments.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform hiring decisions.
  • Work closely with our Talent Science team to ensure that our hiring processes are effective and efficient.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality talent solutions.
Requirements
  • Exceptional academic background in a Psychology-based subject.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability to identify trends and patterns using R or Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and BI tooling.
  • Experience in conducting behavioral, competency-based interviews and training stakeholders on best practices.
  • Passionate about how organizations select talent using scientific approaches.
  • High level of personal organization to work remotely and be effective.
