You'll be responsible for driving talent analytics, conducting in-depth behavioral interviews, and building key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our hiring agenda.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coach senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes
* Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights

**Note:**

We're a remote-first company, and this role will be based in EMEA.

**Requirements:**

* Professional experience of headhunting future talent on LinkedIn
* Experience of working with senior stakeholders to develop their ability to identify and engage with passive talent
* Exposure or appreciation of psychometric assessments
* Experience of conducting behavioral, competency-based interviews
* An exceptional academic background, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Psychology-based subject
* Strong analytical problem-solving ability to identify trends and patterns from data
* A high level of personal organization to work remotely and be effective
* Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience of more advanced analytical and statistical analysis to interrogate data
* Exposure to the following tools: LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling
* Psychometric validity and reliability metrics
