About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to join our team as Head of Group Talent Management at Multiconsult. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our talent management strategy and driving growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Talent Management Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Leading Talent Acquisition: Lead and develop our talent acquisition processes to ensure we attract, select, and hire the best talent for our organization.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Design and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and maintain robust succession planning processes to ensure we have a pipeline of talented individuals ready to take on key roles within the organization.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent to our organization.
Requirements
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive plans to drive business growth and development.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in talent management, HR, or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop strategies that drive business results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
