About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Management & HR team at Intility. As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment, employer branding, talent development, and organizational development initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Support talent development initiatives, including training and development programs
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Management & HR team
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
