About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced City Center Manager to join our team at Cosentino in Oslo. As a key member of our City Center team, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with architects and designers, and overseeing the daily operations of the City Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key architects and designers in the area.
  • Manage key customers in the area, planning visits, developing relationships, and generating sales.
  • Identify leads and track them until closure to ensure sales.
  • Lead and motivate the design team to grow sales and ensure brand recognition.
  • Accelerate brand recognition through effective positioning, product training, and product differentiation.
  • Manage relationships through face-to-face visits outside of the showroom and generate sales according to sales goals.
Business Development
  • Identify strategies, priorities, and action frameworks for commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and align the team in the City Center to ensure they are performing their duties.
  • Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, including tracking competitor activity.
  • Maximize synergy between commercial and promotional opportunities.
  • Capture market trends through external events, seminars, and other activities.
  • Act as a brand representative in activities of associations, universities, and other organizations.
  • Market and co-advertise based on region for all brands with corporate coordination.
Community-Building and Networking Events
  • Identify activities with potential impact on sales, in alignment with the mission of Cosentino related to the City.
  • Plan events and activities with the City Center team.
  • Control budgets and P&L.
  • Analyze the ROI of each activity.
  • Ensure the execution of events in accordance with the company's policies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales in the construction or technical sector.
  • 5+ years of knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers.
  • 3+ years of management experience of small teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven skills in generating sales reports, expenses, visits, and other related tasks.
  • Knowledge of the sales cycle in the sector.
  • Successful management of teams, marketing, customer service, and business operations.
  • Knowledge of the construction sector.
  • Salesforce and other order management systems.
