Key Responsibilities

The City Center Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations in the Cosentino City showroom. This includes providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, and partnering with the local sales team to convert leads into sales and projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales, 1+ year of experience in a retail showroom environment, and a proven track record of generating leads and converting them into sales. Knowledge of the building or decoration market is a plus.

The City Center Specialist will also be responsible for enhancing the showrooms within targeted local industries, such as builders, architects, designers, and commercial clients. This will involve proactive outreach to clients to achieve individual and team goals.

The role will also involve:

  • Welcome and engage every customer, providing the best customer experience and developing long-term relationships.
  • Assist walk-ins and customers with appointments, providing support face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
  • Develop and build relationships with design firms in the area, managing the relationship through face-to-face visits and generating sales through them.
  • Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments, checking stock, and highlighting potential stock issues.
  • Work with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic within the City Center and leads.
  • Register visits and leads in Salesforce.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • 1+ year of experience in a retail showroom environment.
  • A proven track record of generating leads and converting them into sales.
  • Knowledge of the building or decoration market.
