Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Stryker Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's world-class Head & Neck and ENT products in Norway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical and economic expertise.
  • Conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, medical technicians, and purchasing departments to promote and sell Stryker's products.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to surgical & theatre staff in the OR to ensure effective use of Stryker's products.
  • Provide customer care and support to surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement to achieve qualitative and sales-oriented targets.
  • Prepare quotes for interested customers and ensure timely delivery dates to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.

Requirements

  • Desirable sales experience in medical devices or pharma industry.
  • University degree or equivalent apprenticeship in business or other science.
  • Head and Neck or ENT knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Medical Device environment, especially reimbursement (DRG and EBM).
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team with strong teamwork and networking skills.
  • Flexible approach to work to adapt to changes.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Norwegian.
