About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Medtronic. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions to promote our product and service portfolios.
  • Manage sales and negotiations with hospital departments and procurement organizations.
  • Oversee the management of in-hospital consignment stocks.

Requirements

  • Passionate about healthcare with prior sales experience, preferably in the healthcare/device sales industry.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to transform customer needs into commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and leverage multiple organizational capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Driver's license.
