About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's world-class Orthopaedic Instruments (OI) to customers in the Helse Sør-Øst region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical and economic expertise.
  • Conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, medical technicians, and purchasing departments to secure sales and grow our customer base.
  • Provide product training and advice to surgical and theatre staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to use our products effectively.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer care to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare quotes and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the medical devices industry, selling capital and disposable equipment is preferred.
  • Self-education or a relevant bachelor's degree in fields like medical technology, health management, or business administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proactive attitude, strong drive for achieving results, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to lead high-level discussions and negotiations with hospital stakeholders, including experience in making economic arguments and participating in market access activities.
  • Strong enthusiasm for medical technology and a commitment to selling innovative products with top-notch customer service.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, with the ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
