The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our Infectious Disease division, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and development in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, prioritize, and capitalize on key opportunities within your assigned territory. You'll work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and prioritize key opportunities within the territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Requirements

  • Higher education in Business, Biological Science, Healthcare, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English languages
