The Opportunity

We're scaling our Nordic sales team and seeking a highly motivated individual to join our mission in Norway. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the region, making Superb the #1 platform for hospitality businesses.

You'll use a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new hospitality businesses. Your passion and sales expertise will help us build and grow the Superb brand in your geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the introduction of Superb to all restaurants in your territory
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
  • Understand customer struggles and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet market needs
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position Superb accordingly
  • Leverage Hubspot to manage all sales activities
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations or a genuine interest in the industry
  • Fluent Norwegian and comfortable with English as our business language
  • Ability to travel around for customer meetings
  • High energy and great relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative team player mentality
