ROLE SCOPE AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Brand Account Manager at EssilorLuxottica responsible for Oakley and Bliz sports channel distribution, you will be accountable for achieving sales targets for your brands and designated territory. Your primary areas of responsibility will include sunglasses, goggles, and helmets within the sports channel distribution in a specified region, collaborating with two other Brand Account Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED TASKS:

Achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory by delivering targeted sales volumes, values, and brand distribution goals through effective identification and fulfillment of customer needs. Foster business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with customers through regular visits. Ensure effective territory management by maintaining a consistent level of service and frequency of customer interactions in line with company standards. Promote customer advocacy by providing comprehensive training on brand, product, and visual merchandising to enhance sales. Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities. Assist in local and international events, marketing initiatives, and visual merchandising projects. Identify and address client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica's products and services. Contribute positively to team dynamics and help build a world-class team.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFILE OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will possess several key competencies and skills necessary for success in this role:

A proactive attitude – be aware of performance metrics and take full responsibility for personal and team outcomes while continuously seeking improvement opportunities. Effective planning – develop and implement a robust customer engagement strategy, demonstrating a consistent schedule for customer meetings and proactively planning future appointments. Team collaboration – foster internal and external business partnerships, share ideas, and actively support team members and other company functions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The successful candidate will require a combination of key competencies and abilities to excel in this position:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Apple iPad and PC, including competent use of Microsoft Office applications. A solid understanding and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the sports fashion and/or FMCG sectors. Possession of a valid driving license and passport (essential). Proven customer service and sales experience, ideally in a field sales context. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
