ROLE SCOPE AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Brand Partnership Manager at EssilorLuxottica, focusing on Oakley and Bliz within the sports distribution channel, you will be tasked with achieving sales targets for your assigned brands and territory. Your primary responsibilities will encompass sunglasses, goggles, and helmets, covering the sports distribution sector in a designated area, collaborating with two other Brand Partnership Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED TASKS:

Achieve sales objectives in the designated area by delivering targeted sales volumes, values, and brand distribution goals through effective customer engagement. Foster business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients through regular visits. Ensure effective territory management by maintaining a consistent service level for all clients in line with company standards. Promote customer recommendations by providing comprehensive training on brand, product, and visual merchandising to enhance sales. Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities. Assist in local and international events, marketing initiatives, and visual merchandising projects. Identify and address client needs related to EssilorLuxottica's products and services. Contribute positively to team dynamics and help build a world-class team.

REQUIRED SKILLS - PROFILE OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will possess a range of essential skills and competencies necessary for success in this role:

A proactive and results-oriented mindset, taking full responsibility for personal and team outcomes while consistently seeking improvement. Strong planning abilities, demonstrating an effective customer engagement strategy with a regular schedule of client meetings and future appointments. A collaborative team player, capable of building internal and external business relationships, sharing ideas, and supporting colleagues across various functions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using Apple iPad and PC, including a solid command of Microsoft Office. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the sports fashion and/or FMCG sectors. A valid driving license and passport are essential. Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a field sales context. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
