As we expand our horizons beyond food delivery, we are seeking a dedicated Retail Partnerships Manager to play a crucial role in developing our retail business in Norway. This position will focus on building and nurturing relationships with key retail and grocery partners, facilitating our growth into diverse categories such as Grocery, Health & Beauty, Pharmacy, and Electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Identify and prioritize partner needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with partners to explore growth opportunities, including store expansions and enhancing profitability.
  • Introduce and implement innovative products and services to deepen partnerships and enhance revenue streams.
  • Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility and drive sales across various channels.
  • Work closely with partners to improve operational processes, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated success in business development or account management, particularly with C-level engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like SQL or Looker.
  • Adept at transforming broad challenges into actionable projects with clear objectives.
  • Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a passion for relationship building.
