Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Zeekr Europe. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our retail operations in Norway, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their entire journey.
Key Responsibilities- Retail Operations Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction in our retail operations.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets that contribute to Zeekr's overall revenue targets.
- Team Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments within Zeekr, including Sales, Service, and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Training and Development: Organize and provide training and support to retail teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our cars, including product training, sales techniques, and customer service training.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing valuable insights to Zeekr management.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience of leading regional sales teams focused within the automotive industry, ideally for an automotive OEM, dealer group, or importer.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work in teams and with colleagues from different departments.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.
- Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation skills and skilled in negotiation.
- Language Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
