Job SummaryWe are now looking for a new colleague to join our Services Sales Team to focus on the Danish and Norwegian markets
Main purpose of this role is to drive the sales of the Services portfolio in Denmark and/or Norway. You will provide technical support and solutions to our customers and colleagues during the sales and implementation phase. In this role you will also continue to build on an already strong customer relationships to achieve long-term sustainable growth by identifying and capturing business opportunities.
You will be expected to travel locally in Denmark and Norway and there may also be occasional travel to other Nordic countries.
This role will be based in Århus, Denmark or Oslo, Norway and reports to Services Sales Manager Nordics.
As Services Sales Manager you will:
- Manage customer relationships and understand customer needs from a service perspective through a structured communication approach.
- Deliver/enable net sales targets in area of expertise and allocated customer accounts and support to deliver on financial target (top & bottom line).
- Drive opportunity management, create solutions, quote and present to customers with value selling approach. Negotiate and close deals in alignment with sales managers.
- Leverage on identified customer needs within area of expertise to generate & nurture leads and opportunities. Cross and upsell products and solutions.
- Support marketing and drive customer presentations/workshops/webinars to generate leads and customer interest.
- Support creation implementations and follow-up of sales objectives in account plans in collaboration with Services KAM
- Drive product deployment plans in collaboration with Product management
- Identify portfolio gaps or opportunities based on interactions with customers and address with product managers, sales support and portfolio managers.
- Manage internal interfaces to assure efficient delivery of services
- Support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer
We believe that you are a person with experience from food processing (dairy, icecream, cheese, powder). You need to have a strong technical understanding and a technical education/degree. It's preferable if you have experience with sales, but we would also consider a candidate with experience with managing customer relations. It's important to have great communication skills and to enjoy interacting with customers and internal stakeholders. When it's required, you need to be able to push your own agenda and drive it to completion.
You need to be fluent in Danish or Norwegian and English.
