Our Mission

We are currently working with top professional service and tech companies in Norway, and we are now seeking a hands-on Enterprise Sales Manager to join us on this journey of accelerating Wolt for Work's growth further.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop Wolt's corporate Enterprise partnership portfolio within Norway and throughout the Nordic region.
  • Act as the new business specialist, attracting new corporate clients through marketing efforts and sales acquisition activities.
  • Bring exciting new growth opportunities to life, combining exceptional strategic sales and business acumen with a get-stuff-done, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Take ownership of a variety of strategic and operational responsibilities as we expand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Full end-to-end responsibility over the sales acquisition funnel, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Identify target prospective companies and establish and cultivate relationships with key decision makers.
  • Act as a problem-solver for prospects' needs, working with internal stakeholders to formulate solutions if necessary.
  • Analyze data to develop insights that inform sales acquisition activities and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure consistent and optimal outcomes for the business and for clients.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop partnerships, attend events, and create an acquisition funnel.
  • Work with our Nordic offices to close regional deals.

Our Expectations

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or enterprise fields, with startup or scaleup experience being beneficial.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing Enterprise deals from initial contact to closing.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story to win over clients.
  • Great rapport-building and confident presentation skills, with the ability to ace demos and close deals.
  • Ambition, strong inner motivation, and a positive mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication to suit the audience.
  • Structured and analytical problem-solving skills, with a drive for taking action when necessary.
  • Organized and structured way of working, including working with CRMs.
  • Tenacity and creativity to approach and solve clients' problems.
  • True culture champion who rolls up their sleeves, exemplifies teamwork, and drives decision-making with data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Norwegian.
