In Norway, we are on an ambitious growth trajectory, having established our presence in multiple cities. Our goal extends beyond food delivery; we aim to fulfill a wide range of customer needs by diversifying our product offerings across various retail categories.

To realize this vision, we are assembling a dynamic team of sales professionals who will cultivate relationships with the retailers that our customers desire. As the Enterprise Sales Manager - Retail, your role will be pivotal in driving this initiative.

We seek self-driven, entrepreneurial, and energetic sales professionals who can think strategically, excel in conceptual and solution selling, and generate momentum within large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the objectives established by management.
  • Build and systematically oversee a pipeline of potential partnerships.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and various retail sectors (supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.), identifying key players essential for Wolt.
  • Pursue new retail partnerships aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and shop owners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, addressing technical, legal, and financial considerations.
  • Effectively manage client expectations throughout the sales process.
