Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and sustain relationships with global customers in the Oil & Gas marketplace, focusing on technical sales of Hydraulic Power Units, Control Systems, and Chemical Injection Systems.
  • Complete Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the sales drive, manage the entire sales process from opportunity identification to closure, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies, leveraging enterprise tools and value selling concepts to drive targeted growth.

Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise:

    Knowledge of the Oil/Gas/Renewables market with technical understanding of relevant solutions.

  • Sales Experience:

    Proven track record in field sales, business development, and relationship management, preferably within a large organization.

  • Tools Proficiency:

    Experience with Salesforce.com CRM application and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Autonomous & Team Player:

    Ability to function independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.

  • Preferred Experience:

    Established client base within the segment is ideal, along with experience in major Oil & Gas or New Energy sectors.

  • Presentation Skills:

    Comfortable presenting technical and commercial information to board level.

  • Results-Driven:

    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
