We're seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead, develop, and increase visibility for our industrial refrigeration sales in the region. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide value to customers, influence business, and transform the sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all region markets and generate industrial growth.
  • Develop and maintain personal direct customer relationships across all countries in the region, leveraging local sales teams.
  • Organize field sales teams and sales back offices to deliver high-quality performance and raise customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Key Account Managers to set account targets and implement account sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Work with local Sales Managers on sales enablement programs, campaigns, opportunity pipeline management, pricing, and demand planning.
  • Partner with Solutions and Service Managers to align on field productivity initiatives, sales growth strategy, and service sales growth.
  • Improve business process efficiency and reactivity to customer requests.
