Territory Account Manager, Norway West and North

We are seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our Nordic Organon team for Cardiovascular & Women Health products in Norway. The ideal candidate will live on the Western side of Norway and have a strong network of contacts in the region.
This field-based role is a strategic sales position, responsible for differentiating and growing our current and future cardiology products by focusing on uptake at target cardiology hospital clinics, private cardiology out clinics, and primary care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Territory Account Manager for south of Norway, National Market Access Manager, Medical Advisor, and report to the Nordic Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Deliver professional product presentations to cardiology hospital clinics, private cardiology out clinics, and primary care, ensuring relevant decision-makers are clear on the clinical benefits of our products to support access to hospital guidelines.
- KOL Development: Engage and develop regional and national opinion leaders to build clinical experience with our cardiology products and support therapy area medical education.
- Meeting Management: Project lead speaker events and our attendance to national and regional congresses.
- Account Plans: Analyze district sales, external environment, set goals, and decide on key activities. Manage the promotional budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Territory Account Manager for south of Norway, Nordic Sales Manager, Nordic Medical Advisor, and Nordic Brand Manager to provide value to customers and build lasting relationships.
- Brand Building: Develop Organon's reputation in the market as a trusted scientific partner in cardiology and Women Health.
- Digital Channels: Maximize the use of CRM tools and company platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, preferably with experience from cardiology.
- Excellent communication skills, high enthusiasm, and a strong networker.
- Team player, collaborates effectively with the team.
- Willingness to travel and be out in the field seeing customers face-to-face.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute a national account plan based on customer and market insights.
- Understanding of the Norwegian health system.
- Experience in organizing face-to-face, remote, or hybrid speaker meetings and attendance to congresses.
- English at a professional level, as English is our company language.
