What will you do?As a Key Account Manager Retail Norway, you will build strong, strategic relationships with our key customers in Norway. - Participate in sales and marketing conferences and meetings
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and empowering sales in Norway. You will create a strong focus on Norway's unique market dynamics and needs. You will be a proactive 'doer' – executing strategy with precision and clarity, while making a real impact in the market. You will apply your holistic understanding and problem-solving mindset to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.
Requirements:- At least 5 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in the FMCG market
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and building strong customer relationships
- High energy and passion for brands and sustainability
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with retailers
- Problem-solving skills and strong negotiation skills
- Data-driven decision making and attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently with a Can-do attitude
- Strategic thinking, strong in planning and execution
