Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at Wolt. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key retailers in Norway, securing new partnerships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet business objectives.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
- Understand the retail landscape in Norway, including key players and market trends.
- Target new retail partners to meet strategic and operational objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with senior decision-makers at key retailers.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signature.
- Effectively manage prospect and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, including knowledge of the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends.
- Natural hunter with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
- Demonstrable consultative sales approach.
- Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
