Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €100,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive bonus package based on our internal policy, a highly influential role in a rapidly growing business segment, and great challenges and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the South-West Europe region to drive revenue growth and increase visibility for our industrial refrigeration sales.
  • BUILD and maintain strong personal relationships with key customers across all countries in the region, leveraging local sales expertise to meet their needs.
  • Lead and organize field sales teams and sales back offices in the region to deliver high-quality performance and raise customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Key Account Managers to set account targets and implement account sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with local Sales Managers to develop sales enablement programs, manage opportunities pipelines, and align on pricing and demand planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Sales, Business, or Technical Education
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken
  • Strong experience in industrial sales, preferably from the HVAC/heat pumps/refrigeration field
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes from lead identification to deal closing, including market situation analysis and customer segmentation
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a sales management role, with strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented attitude and high resilience

  • Refrigeration technology/industry knowledge
  • University degree in a relevant field
