Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Account Manager to join our Nordic Organon team in Norway, specializing in Cardiovascular & Women Health products. This role involves strategic sales, focusing on differentiating and growing current and future cardiology products by promoting uptake at target clinics and primary care facilities.

This is an exciting field-based opportunity that requires close collaboration with the Territory Account Manager for south of Norway, National Market Access Manager, Medical Advisor, and the Nordic Sales Manager. The cross-functional team will align on business plan initiatives through regular meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion: Deliver professional product presentations to cardiology hospital clinics, private cardiology out clinics, and primary care to ensure decision makers understand the clinical benefits of our products.
  • KOL Development: Engage and develop regional and national opinion leaders to build clinical experience with our cardiology products and support medical education.
  • Meeting Management: Lead speaker events and our attendance to national and regional congresses.
  • Account Plans: Analyze district sales, external environment, set goals, and decide key activities while managing promotional budgets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Nordic Sales Manager, Nordic Medical Advisor, and Nordic Brand Manager to provide value to customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Brand Building: Develop Organon's reputation as a trusted scientific partner in cardiology and Women Health.
  • Digital Channels: Maximize the use of CRM tools and company platforms.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in cardiology.
  • Excellent communication skills, high enthusiasm, and a strong networker.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with the team.
  • Willingness to travel and be out in the field, engaging with customers face-to-face.
  • The ability to develop and execute a national account plan based on customer and market insights.
  • Understanding of the Norwegian health system.
  • Experience in organizing face-to-face, remote, or hybrid speaker meetings and attendance at congresses.
  • English proficiency, as it is our company language.
