We're looking for an entrepreneurial and high caliber self-starter with a proven track record in the Healthcare sales arena. As Territory Manager, you will contribute to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics' growth and development in Infectious Disease division, ensuring the lead in the move towards POC within both primary and secondary care settings.

Key responsibilities include:

\u2022 Developing customers, achieving sales targets, and providing general customer service in the Norwegian market

\u2022 Developing and executing the full Abbott RDx Infections Disease product portfolio within assigned area and business unit

\u2022 Leading and initiating projects, and working in project teams to meet and exceed agreed financial and strategic objectives

\u2022 Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key accounts

\u2022 Obtaining full overview of the tender market in the country by working with internal and external customers and stakeholders to generate success in tenders

\u2022 Participating in all sales and marketing meetings, as well as all important congresses

\u2022 Understanding sales strategies and transferring the BU's marketing campaigns to a regional level

\u2022 Articulating issues and business opportunities with relevant customers to secure long term strategic business opportunities

\u2022 Travel expectation: 50%

Key qualifications include:

\u2022 Higher Education in Business, Biological Science, Healthcare, or other related field

\u2022 Proficiency in dealing with primary and secondary customers at all levels

\u2022 Ability to build strong and compelling business cases

\u2022 Proven track record of managing stakeholders in sales cycles that exceed 9 months

\u2022 Good presentation skills

\u2022 Working knowledge and experience with medical equipment leasing and managed services (preferred)

\u2022 Strong negotiation skills

\u2022 Contracting experience in drafting heads of terms and working through contract reviews (preferred)

\u2022 Strong proficiency in MS office suite and CRM system(s)

\u2022 Experience in Tender management

\u2022 Fluency in Norwegian and English language is a must
