Som EssilorLuxottica Brand Account Manager som dekker Oakley og Bliz sportskanaldistribusjon, er du ansvarlig for levering av salgsmål for dine merker og territorium. Dine hovedansvarskategorier vil være solbriller, snøbriller og hjelmer som dekker sportskanaldistribusjonen i et tildelt område i Norge sammen med to andre Brand Account Managers.
ANSVARSOMRÅDER OG RELATERTE AKTIVITETER:
Levere salgsmål i tildelt område - ved å levere individuelle målrettede salgsvolumer, resultater og mål for merkevaredistribusjon og penetrasjon ved effektivt å identifisere og møte kundenes behov. Utvikle virksomheten ved å bygge relasjoner med kunder og besøke dem ofte. Effektiv kundeoppfølgning - gjennomføre hyppige besøk og et konsekvent servicenivå for alle kunder i samsvar med selskapets retningslinjer Drive kundeanbefaling - sikre effektiv opplæring i merkevare, produkt og visuell merchandising for kundenes salg. Følge opp nye leads og henvisninger som følge av feltaktivitet. Støtte lokale og internasjonale arrangementer,markedsføring og visuelle erchandising-initiativer. Identifisere og løse kundens behov knyttet til EssilorLuxotticas produkter og tjenester. Bidra til å skape et team i verdensklasse.TEKNISKE FERDIGHETER - PORTRETT AV EN PERFEKT KANDIDAT

Har sterke mellommenneskelige og kommunikasjonsevner. Ha sterke Apple iPad og PC-ferdigheter, inkludert kompetent bruk av Microsoft Office. Ha forståelse og minimum 2-3 års erfaring fra sport mote og / eller FMCG industrien. Inneha førerkort og pass (viktig). Har påviselig kundeservice og salgserfaring, ideelt sett i et feltsalgsmiljø. JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a EssilorLuxottica Brand Account Manager covering Oakley and Bliz sport channel distribution, you are responsible for the delivery of targeted sales for your brands and territory. Your main categories of responsibility will be sunglasses, goggles and helmets covering the sport channel distribution in an assigned territory in Norway working alongside two other Brand Account Managers.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Guarantee sales in assigned area - by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives by effectively identifying and meeting customer needs. Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them frequently. Effective territory coverage - you will ensure frequency of visits and a consistent level of service for all customers in accordance with company guidelines. Driving customer recommendation - ensuring effective brand, product, and visual merchandising training for your customers’ sales. Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Support local and international events and trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives. Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services. Bring energy to colleagues and contribute to creating a world class team.TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will require a number of key competencies and abilities to succeed in the role:

Effective planning – implementing an effective customer contact strategy: demonstrating a consistent, and effective customer meeting schedule and routinely scheduling future appointments at the end of each call, building effective ‘bottom up’ customer goals in order to deliver objectives. Being an active team member – creating internal and external business partnerships, showing willingness to share ideas and actively supporting other members of the team and other company functions.CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The successful candidate will require a number of key competencies and abilities to succeed in the role:
Have strong interpersonal and communications skills. Have strong Apple iPad and PC skills including competent use of Microsoft Office. Have an understanding and minimum 2-3 years of experience from the sports/fashion and/or FMCG industry. Have a full, clean driving license and passport(essential). Have demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment. Preferably, live in the Oslo Area Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Please apply in English.
