Brand Account Manager

Job Summary
As a Brand Account Manager for EssilorLuxottica, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales for our brands and territory. Your main categories of responsibility will be sunglasses, goggles, and helmets covering the sport channel distribution in an assigned territory in Norway. You will work alongside two other Brand Account Managers to ensure the success of our brand.
- Guarantee sales in assigned area by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives.
- Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them frequently.
- Effective territory coverage by ensuring frequency of visits and a consistent level of service for all customers in accordance with company guidelines.
- Driving customer recommendation by ensuring effective brand, product, and visual merchandising training for your customers' sales.
- Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Support local and international events and trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services.
- Bring energy to colleagues and contribute to creating a world-class team.
Requirements
The successful candidate will require a number of key competencies and abilities to succeed in this role:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong Apple iPad and PC skills including competent use of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding and minimum 2-3 years of experience from the sports/fashion and/or FMCG industry.
- A full, clean driving license and passport.
- Demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment.
- Preferably, live in the Oslo Area.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
