Brand Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Account Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Brand Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales for our Oakley and Bliz sport channel distribution in Norway.
Main Responsibilities:- Guarantee sales in assigned area by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives.
- Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them frequently.
- Effective territory coverage by ensuring frequency of visits and a consistent level of service for all customers in accordance with company guidelines.
- Driving customer recommendation by ensuring effective brand, product, and visual merchandising training for your customers' sales.
- Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Support local and international events and trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services.
- Bring energy to colleagues and contribute to creating a world-class team.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong Apple iPad and PC skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding and minimum 2-3 years of experience from the sports/fashion and/or FMCG industry.
- Full, clean driving license and passport.
- Demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment.
- Preferably, live in the Oslo Area.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
