Oatly AB is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to lead our retail relations in Norway and drive business growth in the market. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and category development.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including customer category and sales plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans.
- Analyze sales development and make data-driven decisions to drive category growth.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in the FMCG market.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
- High energy and passion for brands and sustainability.
