About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our prestige beauty brands, including The Ordinary and NIOD, and contribute to their growth and success in the Norwegian market.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with our internal teams, including the media and brand teams, to optimize our presence in the market and orchestrate product launches and campaign executions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that drive results, leveraging your knowledge of the Norwegian influencer landscape and social media trends.
  • Manage Influencer Relationships: Identify and build relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and thought leaders in the industry, collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Optimize Brand Presence: Analyze consumer insights to identify local opportunities and optimize our EMV & Share of Voice in the Norwegian market via effective Press and influencer programs.
  • Monitor and Track Performance: Use data analytics to monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and provide regular reports to the team and management.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably from a comparable job in the fashion/beauty industry or a PR/influencer agency.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, press, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated Experience in developing and executing successful influencer and consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong Project Management Skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits, including a hybrid working model, attractive compensation package, and generous staff discounts on products.
