Your Role:

  1. You will support a group of customers in all technical and commercial matters, taking independent responsibility for their satisfaction and growth.
  2. You will develop new sales opportunities through strategic customer planning and the focused acquisition of new customers, driving business growth for RUTRONIK Electronics Worldwide.
  3. You will negotiate annual demand volumes and framework agreements with customer purchasing divisions, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  4. You will collaborate closely with customers and experts, leveraging the assistance of our technical specialists to lay the groundwork for successful sales outcomes.

Your Qualifications:

  1. You have a vocational education in an engineering field or relevant professional experience in electrical engineering.
  2. You may also demonstrate a commercial background related to engineering, showcasing your ability to connect with customers and drive business results.
  3. You have initial experience in sales or distribution, with a proven track record of success.
  4. You are an effective communicator, able to articulate your vision and ideas clearly to customers and stakeholders.
  5. You have an active customer focus, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  6. You possess a convincing and engaging personality, able to build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth.
  7. You are fluent in Norwegian and English, with excellent language skills and cultural awareness.
