Ambitious Sales Professional Wanted for B2B Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Manager to join our team at Wolt. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing our corporate SMB and mid-sized partnership portfolio within Norway and throughout the Nordic region.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full end-to-end sales acquisition funnel, from initial contact to closing partnerships with key decision makers. You will work closely with our Marketing team to develop strategies and attend events to create an acquisition funnel. Additionally, you will collaborate across our Nordic offices to work on closing regional deals.
To succeed in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, and/or partnerships in B2B or enterprise fields. Startup or Scaleup experience is highly valued. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication to suit the audience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the inbound lead activity by signing and closing partnership agreements.
- Identify target prospective companies and establish relationships with key decision makers.
- Act as problem-solver for prospects' needs and work with internal stakeholders to formulate solutions.
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure consistent and optimal outcomes for the business and for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, and/or partnerships in B2B or enterprise fields.
- Ambition - lots of it - and strong inner motivation paired with a positive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication to suit the audience.
