Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Stratsys. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new sales opportunities within the Norwegian market, focusing on how our SaaS solutions can transform businesses' sustainability efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Proactive prospecting and outreach to build a strong sales pipeline while taking ownership of budget, pipeline, and forecasting throughout the sales process.
- Promote Stratsys vision and value proposition through customer meetings, product demos, events, and tailored initiatives.
- Engage with potential customers, build relationships, and create awareness and interest in our products through meetings and dialogue with senior decision-makers.
- Expand and maintain a strong network within the product area and Sustainability field.
- Manage agreements with new customers and offer guidance and support to customers during their purchase journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
- University degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or a similar field.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in a B2B environment and preferably from selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to C-levels.
- Experience managing longer deal cycles, from initial prospecting to closing the deal.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Interest in digitalization and technical systems as well as in the sustainability field, with a willingness to learn how our products can help customers in this area.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
