As a Sales Support Specialist at U.S. Bank, you will be the primary internal support contact and point person for sales personnel and strategic partners. This role requires delivering superior service and support to all internal/external sales staff, as well as sales partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Application Support: Prepare and deliver new applications generated from Elavon Nordic Sales Team, coordinate and support applications on a daily basis, and review merchant's applications for accuracy.
- Problem Resolution: Review problems reported, prioritize and research these problems, determine solutions, and resolve them.
- Communication: Act as primary support contact for internally and for our partners, answer boarding team on open issues, and maintain and update database of existing merchants and partners.
- Travel: Travel for partner visits in Finland.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Finnish, Norwegian (or Swedish), and English.
- Education: Education or training from outgoing sales, preferably Partner sales.
