About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Market Intelligence Specialist to join our team at TUI. As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and market data to provide valuable feedback and actionable insights to steer and guide sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance across various markets
  • Correlate data into actionable insights for sales teams to inform strategic decisions
  • Analyze competitor and customer activity, as well as market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Support short- and long-term sales planning on a local and Nordic level
  • Collaborate with the sales lead and local sales & marketing team to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Provide internal and external stakeholders with analytics and insights to secure optimization and drive data-driven decisions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 2 years of analyst experience, and experience working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Excel. You will also have a strong affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset, as well as commercially driven skills to understand how data can be transformed to create tangible business value.
