About the Role

Lime Technologies is seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Norway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our sales strategy in the Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the Norwegian market
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
