About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious leader to join our team at IKM Gruppen AS as a Country Sales Manager for Norway & Finland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and driving sales growth in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals.
  2. Sell our products and solutions through established channel partners and interact directly with commercial and enterprise customers.
  3. Work closely with our Sales Engineering Manager, Marketing Manager, and Channel Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
  4. Demonstrate strong solution selling techniques and foster growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  5. Build and develop individuals and teams for high performance and achieve double-digit growth in the region.

What We Are Looking For

  1. At least 5 years of experience as a people manager within a competitive software vendor.
  2. Intense infrastructure and application-led sales background.
  3. Existing network within the channel ecosystem.
  4. Strong technical expertise in selling our products and services.
  5. 10+ years of IT sales experience.
  6. Strong stage presence and ability to engage and persuade.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  8. Ability to build diverse and competitive teams.

Our sales team is a fully hybrid team, working throughout EMEA. We prioritize collaboration and innovation, with regular meetings, 1-1s, and daily communication to ensure seamless teamwork and support.
