About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Norway. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Coordinate meetings and seminars, calendar management, and travel arrangements
    • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting materials, and take minutes
    • Prepare presentations and reports
    • Organize workshops, seminars, events, and visits
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate strategic development projects and initiatives
    • Drive annual processes related to business planning and strategy input
  • Personal Assistant Support
    • Provide personal assistant support to Country Market Directors in Norway as required
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior executives in an international working environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
    • IT proficiency, including advanced user of Microsoft Office products
    • Hands-on experience with preparing presentations and high-quality material for top management
    • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

    • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
    • Open, curious, and positive attitude towards diverse tasks
