Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Execution Manager to oversee and manage the execution of our BESS projects from sales to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining our project deliveries, establishing processes and tools, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership
  • Establish and maintain project execution and delivery workflow
  • Coordinate and prioritize project activities with the team
  • Identify resource needs and recruit new team members as required
Project Management
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop project plans and timelines
  • Monitor project progress and track key milestones
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership
Requirements
  1. Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  2. Proven experience in project management and execution
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills in Norwegian and English
  4. PMP certification is an advantage
  5. Strong technical understanding and commercial mindset
  6. Experience from a scale-up environment is an advantage
