We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our Norwegian market. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving commercial performance in Norway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local market strategy to achieve revenue targets and improve commercial KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category Management, CRM, Media, BI, Brand & Visual Communication, and Buying & Merchandising
  • Manage and optimize the local P&L, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Act as a customer ambassador, ensuring the best possible shopping experience for Norwegian customers
  • Monitor daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards
  • Prepare and implement new strategic and operational initiatives for the Norwegian market

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercially focused experience in a similar role
  • Strong business and commercial mindset, self-driven, structured, and proactive
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or equivalent field
