Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Operations Leader to support the day-to-day activities of our CEO, driving business growth and implementing change. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, responsible for interacting with senior leaders and external stakeholders, including customers, strategic partners, and investors. This role will also involve participating in strategy meetings, contributing to preparation materials, and following up on decisions related to the board.

As an Executive Business Operations Leader, you will gain hands-on operational experience across all functions, including marketing, growth initiatives, customer engagements, making business cases, leading projects, and product management. This is a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of entrepreneurship and the global technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the day-to-day activities of the CEO, driving business growth and implementing change
  2. Interact with senior leaders and external stakeholders, including customers, strategic partners, and investors

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of work experience from a leading global company
  2. Master's degree and/or MBA in business, economics from a leading institution
  3. Sport or military achievements are highly valued
  4. A creative and analytical mindset
  5. A positive attitude and never-ending appetite for learning more
  6. Resilience, drive, and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  7. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
