Our Journey
Since our inception, we have been growing rapidly, expanding from Sweden to other parts of Scandinavia and continental Europe. Our Norwegian business is one of the largest and fastest-growing markets in the group. With solid product and growth fundamentals in place, we are now poised to scale up our services to more consumers and merchants.
The Challenge Ahead
As we expand, our business complexity grows in parallel. To tackle this challenge, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Central Operations Manager. This role requires a sharp, strategic thinker who can lead and motivate our team to achieve common goals, ensure optimal resource allocation, and drive continuous process improvements.
About the Role
The Central Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of Central Operations, including managing first, middle, and last-mile logistics for both our Box and Home delivery services. This involves leading and motivating the team to achieve cost and quality performance targets, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Central Operations team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization
- Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers to achieve company-wide goals
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams. The ideal candidate will be a result-driven individual who thrives in a KPI-driven environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to drive process improvements. Fluency in both Norwegian and English is a must, and while direct leadership experience is not required, we look for individuals with leadership potential who can grow their leadership skills at Instabee.
