The Norwegian Market



The Norwegian market is one of the largest and fastest-growing markets for Instabee. With a well-established presence in the region, we are now looking to scale up our services and expand our reach. As a Central Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving this growth and ensuring seamless operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and motivate a team of 6 to achieve optimal cost and quality performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive positive change.
  • Align strategies and operating practices with Instabee's long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external suppliers to achieve company-wide goals.
  • Ensure quality recruitment and onboarding, making sure the team has the right resources and capabilities.


Requirements




  • Hands-on leader with a strong track record in managing and motivating teams.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and driving process improvements.
  • Emphatic collaboration style and ability to adapt communication to different target audiences.
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English.
  • Direct leadership experience is not a requirement for this position, but leadership potential is essential.
