The Norwegian market, our primary focus, is one of the largest and fastest-growing markets in the group. With all product and growth fundamentals in place, this is the time to push the pace and scale up our services to more consumers and merchants.

As we expand, the complexity of our business grows in parallel. Therefore, we are now looking for a sharp, driven, and emphatic individual to join our ranks and contribute to an exciting journey ahead.


The Role

The Central Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full scope of Central Operations, which includes managing first, middle, and last-mile logistics for both Box and Home delivery services. This role involves leading and motivating the team to achieve common goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation, continuous process improvements, and risk management. Close collaboration with other departments and external suppliers is an instrumental part of this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Central Operations team (a team of 6)
  • Responsible for team results, including cost and quality performance
  • Continuously identify improvement areas and drive positive change
  • Ensure strategies and operating practices align with Instabee's long-term objectives
  • Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve company-wide goals
  • Ensure quality recruitment and onboarding, making sure the team has the right resources and capabilities


Your Profile

We're looking for a hands-on leader with aptitude for managing and motivating teams. A result-driven individual who thrives in a KPI-driven environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements. Emphatic collaboration style and the ability to adapt communication to different target audiences are also essential.
