Job Title: Head of Market Access Norway

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Market Access team in Norway. As the Head of Market Access Norway, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies for our products in Norway, ensuring excellence in deliverables and driving cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Norwegian Market Access team, facilitating cross-functional cooperation with governmental affairs, HTA/HEOR, external affairs, and brand teams.
  • Develop robust integrated access strategies for our portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Obtain internal and external price approvals in accordance with the portfolio strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead payer negotiations and tender processes, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Support and lead your team in implementing market access strategies, including customer meetings and market access participation in brand teams.
  • Participate in the Plan and LRP process, responsible for market access assumptions, and contribute to the MEGAH X leadership team.
  • Engage externally in trade association work and with relevant stakeholders, such as payers and policymakers, to drive market access and government affairs initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Scientific or business/economic degree.
  • 5 years or more of relevant experience with a proven track record of success in strategic leadership roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Norwegian healthcare environment, including pricing and reimbursement processes.
  • Strong business understanding and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive complex cross-functional collaboration to align market access strategies with other brand strategies.
