Position: Key Account Sales Manager for Nordic Region
Are you an enthusiastic and driven professional with a solid foundation in Sales? Do you thrive in cultivating partnerships and achieving commercial objectives? If this resonates with you, tesa is looking for a committed individual to spearhead the commercialization of our technical adhesive products, focusing on Key Distributors in the Nordic area.
As a Key Account Sales Manager, your primary duties will encompass:
- Enhancing sales and profitability of Key Accounts through the execution of segment strategies
- Working in conjunction with the Sales Manager to establish and meet annual budget goals
- Spotting new business prospects and steering strategic development projects
Qualifications for the position:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience, ideally in distributor management
- Excellent negotiation abilities and a digital orientation
- Proficient communication skills in Norwegian, Swedish, and English
- Readiness to travel up to 50 days annually
