Vi søker en erfaren og motiverende Senior Area Sales Manager til å lede salgsoperasjonene for våre analytiske instrumenter i Norge.

Stillingen innebærer å bygge opp og lede et lokalt salgsteam, utvikle strategier for å øke salget og rapportere til ledelsen.

Arbeidsoppgaver
  • Ansvarlig for å administrere og overvåke salg og andre aktiviteter i Norge.
  • Oppgavene inkluderer prosjektbehandling og prosjektkoordinering med mål om å vinne nye kunder, støtte den eksisterende kundebasen innen de nevnte produktlinjene for å oppnå høy kundetilfredshet, sikre at salgsmål oppnås, og at salgsprosessen går jevnt, samt iverksette og dokumentere salgsaktiviteter.
  • Lede og coach salgsteamet, utvikle strategier for å øke salget og rapportere til ledelsen.
  • Ansvarlig for å bygge opp det lokale teamet gjennom nyrekruttering og administrere personalet i Norge.
  • Sikre ansatte tilfredshet, passende ferdigheter i teamet og et positivt arbeidsmiljø.
Krav
  • Universitetsutdanning innen naturvitenskap eller tilsvarende.
  • Erfaring innen produktområdene kromatografi, massespektrometre, TOC og spektroskopi er en fordel.
  • Salgserfaring innen Life Science.
  • Tidligere ledererfaring er en fordel – for rett person er det mulig å utvikle seg til en ledende stilling.
  • Interesse for applikasjoner og analytiske instrumenter.
  • Erfaring med MS Office-applikasjoner.
  • Selvsikker opptreden, evne til å jobbe i team og kundeorientert holdning.
  • Fleksibilitet, engasjement samt initiativ og organisasjonsevne.
  • Vilje til å reise (ca overnattinger, egen planlegging).
  • Gyldig førerkort.
  • Flytende muntlig og skriftlig norsk og god engelsk.
