About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our inside sales team at Wolt. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in building up our restaurant and retail portfolio in new and existing cities by managing a pipeline of small to medium partners from A to Z.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and prospect new potential restaurant and retail partners, and manage the sales process from A to Z, including negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Travel to cities to meet with potential partners and participate in new city launch teams.
  • Develop and implement a systematic approach to managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships and positioning Wolt as a partner of choice.
  • Conduct negotiations regarding partnership terms and ensure an optimal product selection for each restaurant and retailer on Wolt's platform.
  • Contribute to local sales strategies to accelerate Wolt's Retail and restaurant offering.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
